How your order reaches you, and what to do if something is not right.
Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £50. On smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are dispatched from the UK.
Injection therapies
Injection therapies are supplied for administration by your clinician. Please only order them after clinical advice, and have them delivered to the address your clinic has agreed.
Returns and exchanges
If a support does not fit or is not what you expected, contact the team and we will arrange a return or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
